Event details
What does it mean to you to be all in as a leader? Great workplaces and great bosses allow others to bring their whole selves to work, because they first do this for themselves. What does it mean to bring our whole selves to work, or navigating a season of change and transition? Have you ever heard the expression “leave your emotions at the door?” How can we lead ourselves to be our highest and best using our strengths, living our values, setting vision, creating alignment and inspiring commitment building cohesive collaborative teams “on fire” working together, trusting and relying on each other for delivery excellence in the marketplace, while developing others to do the same? How does being all in tie to business outcomes, benefit the organization, our people, and our customers, and clients?
Randy Noe is a professional certified coach through the International Coach Federation, board certified coach and mentor coach for leaders who want to elevate their game to be all in wholehearted leaders for sustainable business growth and personal peak performance. With more than 20 years senior leadership, operations and finance experience, Randy brings business perspective and best practices from working with thousands of C-level and VP leaders. He has coached executive leaders across all functions in companies of all sizes ranging from small businesses to global companies, including Accenture, Cisco Systems, Edwards Lifesciences, Honeywell, McGladrey, Philips, Quest Software, and Thomson Reuters. He has also coached executives in career transition throughout Southern California to land new positions.
