HB8 Networking Dinner: The "Broken Rung" Overcoming the Biggest Obstacle Women Face at Work

HB8 is an opportunity to dive into a fascinating topic over dinner and drinks with a small group of HBA members. At this networking dinner, the discussion will focus on the 2019 Women in the Workforce Study and the"broken rung", or promotion to manager, that some believe is the biggest obstacle women face on their career ladder. Is fixing this "broken rung" the key to achieving parity in the workplace? We often talk about the "glass ceiling" but is there something else preventing women from reaching senior leadership positions? We take care of the dining reservation. Out of respect for your fellow diners, please do you best to arrive on time.

Note: This event costs $10 to cover administrative and chapter fees (charged at registration). This fee is non-refundable. You are responsible for for your cost of food and beverages. Moderately priced (Entrees, beverages, tax and gratuity, average $35.00 range).
