HBA Supper Club: Managing Unconscious Bias with Gina Tapper

This event has reached capacity and is now offering a wait list registration. This wait list does not confirm your attendance. In the event that a registrant cancels their attendance for this event, you will be notified by the chapter representative for the HBA dinner program via email. The wait list is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. Any participant who is moved from the wait list to a confirmed attendee will still be responsible for their event costs, which will need to be administered prior to the event.

Engage in a lively discussion on achieving gender parity through implementing strategies to address bias in order to build more diverse and inclusive organizations. This dinner event is an opportunity for participants to share their experiences and learn from others in a small group setting. Gina Tapper will facilitate the discussion based on a white paper published by Paradigm on this topic. Note: The white paper will be sent to registered participants for pre-reading in advance of the event.

Gina M. Tapper, MBA, MSN is clinical fellow and director, BDO center for healthcare excellence and innovation. Prior to BDO, she provided management consulting and decision support services to the healthcare industry, including business planning and development, industry research and competitive positioning strategies, and cost analyses and feasibility studies. We take care of the logistics, you bring your curiosity and enthusiasm.

Attendees must cover the cost of their food and beverage.
