HBA CHICAGO-NORTHERN SUBURBS PRESENTS

Career Planning Part 1: What's Next After Hitting the Glass Ceiling?

With the given pandemic most of us have been working remotely which has given us the opportunity to reflect on our current career path and organization. The pandemic has also given rise to a remote work environment in which organizations have found a work-life balance with their employees that may continue even post-pandemic. Given this change in work-life balance, we start to think of opportunities outside our current organization which we may not have pursued previously.

As we reflect about our career path or current organization, it's great to learn about tools that can help guide us in the process. Join us for a three-part series centered around professional development and work-life balance. Kicking off the series on February 16th with this event, followed by events on February 23rd and March 2nd.
