How to Use Effective Leadership to Drive Team Performance” also presented by HBA Metro features management experts Sinead Bortner and Norm Celotto, Korn Hay Ferry Group, who describe how one’s leadership style and effectiveness can impact team performance.

Commit to Confidence” presented by HBA Mid-Atlantic with Barbara Roche, executive coach and author, guides viewers through a confidence assessment and key takeaways that will increase one's personal and professional confidence.
