Wellness Financiero: Toma el control de tus finanzas y mejora tu bienestar integral

¿Sabías que las personas con estrés financiero tienen el doble de probabilidades de sufrir ansiedad, insomnio y otros problemas de salud? Aunque solemos cuidar nuestra alimentación o bienestar físico, a menudo olvidamos que tener nuestras finanzas bajo control es clave para la salud mental y emocional. Desde HBA Barcelona, te invitamos a una sesión transformadora de la mano del Instituto de Estudios Financieros (IEF), donde descubrirás herramientas prácticas para tomar el control de tus finanzas personales y sentirte más segura y tranquila en tu día a día.

Durante esta formación dinámica e interactiva aprenderás a elaborar un presupuesto, reducir deudas, crear un fondo de emergencia, definir tus objetivos vitales y financieros e iniciarte en el ahorro y la inversión de manera sencilla y realista. El curso será impartido por Jordi Martínez y Ferran Teixes, expertos en educación financiera y dinamización de equipos. En solo dos horas te llevarás ideas claras, recursos prácticos y motivación para empezar a aplicar pequeños cambios con gran impacto en tu bienestar.

Tanto si estás en un momento de cambio profesional como si simplemente quieres ganar claridad financiera, esta sesión es para ti. Para cerrar la jornada, compartiremos un espacio distendido de networking acompañado de un pica-pica.
