Own Your Success: Tap into Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies framework & create smarter goals
We understand that this past year was tough on many levels. With work and personal lives melding into one, it is not uncommon for health or our relationships to take a backseat to our work or other responsibilities.
During this interactive session, Tamara Torres, ND, Founder of Optima Results Coaching will discuss approaches to clarifying your priorities, harnessing your change tendencies, and improving focus to achieve your goals personally and professionally.
Tamara utilizes The Four Tendencies, a personality framework developed by The New York Times bestselling author Gretchen Rubin, who is from Kansas City, that divides people into four distinct types: Upholders, Questioners, Obligers, and Rebels. Spoiler alert: we will send out a short Four Tendencies quiz before this event so that you can identify your behavior tendency! During this session, Tamara will explore each of these tendencies to optimize our mindset to get on the right track.
During this session, Tamara will lead you through how to:
