Laugh it off webinar: How laughter is a powerful key to your success

The stress of 2020 has affected all of us this year. As an entrepreneur, there is a lot to juggle on daily basis trying to market the business, pay the bills and stay positive! The stress from the COVID-19 crisis has increased the number of people who are struggling with depression and anxiety.

Laughter is a wonderful tool to help lift our spirits and look at the world with a new perspective. Learn how stand-up comedy teaches all of us the importance of laughter, support and resiliency.

Dr. Kerry is a stand-up comedian and Director of the Tampa Bay Women's Business Centre. She will share how comedy changed her life as a tool to find joy and positivity in any situation. There are many skills in stand-up comedy that are helpful to entrepreneurs. We have all heard, "Laughter is the best medicine". Dr. Kerry will share how the fundamentals of performing stand-up comedy can be helpful to entrepreneurs. Laughter as a wonderful tool that can change the way we view the world.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.
