HBA SAN DIEGO PRESENTS

HBA Supper Club: Conscious Leadership with Jorgine Ellerbrock

We are witnessing a rapid transformation in how businesses are leading around the world. Employees are rejecting the “command and control” management approach, instead gravitating toward “conscious leaders” who inspire others to be their best self and create a positive work environment. In this intimate setting, you and other HBA members will have an opportunity to engage in a lively discussion addressing how leaders become more conscious, take personal responsibility and lead others to a win-win situation. This dinner event allows us to be more self-aware and mindful to use tools and tactics we should reach for, which may not be intuitive. Jorgine Ellerbrock will facilitate the discussion.

Jorgine Ellerbrock, senior vice president, operations at Hologic, Inc., is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in operations and commercial management specializing in leadership of global teams, operational start-ups, lean manufacturing, change leadership and team development.
