HBA OLD GREATER PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

Going Global: Bollywood, Zumba and Cultural Awareness

Like everything else, the healthcare industry is becoming more global. There is much to learn about healthcare in other countries and how different cultural attitudes affect wellness and disease management. Join us for a very special event that gets us together for a global conversation and showcases HBA members who chose fitness as their way to develop their leadership skills. Featuring members Ajita De, QuintilesIMS, showing us the way with Bollywood dance and Ruth Fields, Teva Pharmaceuticals, leading us through Zumba, these ladies demonstrate how we can grow through new experiences and global community. Our speaker Jessica Pfennig, AstraZeneca, and HBA Global Digital Chair, will lead a conversation about cross-cultural awareness and how to work effectively with co-workers around the world. Come for an evening of networking, globally-focused conversation and fitness. Find your joy.

Exercise clothing is appropriate for this event. Please come prepared to move.
