Self-Promotion Despite Imposter Syndrome

Please note this webinar will NOT be recorded.

Many women leaders in the workplace experience impostor syndrome at some point in their career. Particularly when encountering new challenges, they doubt their abilities and worry that others will discover they are pretending they know what they are doing. This negative experience reduces job satisfaction and sometimes interferes with career success. It also may lead to women downplaying their talents and accomplishments.

In this engaging program that will focus both on impostor syndrome and leadership messaging, we will explore the precipitants for impostor syndrome and specific tips and strategies for eliminating the doubts so characteristic of this experience. In addition, Sharon will share valuable information regarding how to structure and proactively promote your leadership message and brand.

This will be an engaging, interactive program and you will have several opportunities to speak with other attendees to share experience and expand your professional network.
