Event details
Join us for an evening with dinner, presentation and Q and A. In today's rapidly changing healthcare environment, effective leadership is an imperative, especially when leading peers or project teams that you don't directly manage. Dr. Banks will share from his extensive experience as a leader in the military, as an advisor to leading global businesses like Pfizer, Proctor and Gamble, IBM and GE, and draw from his distinguished academic career at notable institutions like Yale, Harvard, Wharton and West Point. You will leave the evening with techniques and tools you can use immediately to be a more impactful leader in your organization.
