HBA OLD FLORIDA PRESENTS

Coaches, Mentors, and Sponsors: Why You Need this Trio to Advance your Career

Event details
The HBA cordially invites all Florida healthcare professionals to join us for a special presentation on the topic of Coaches, Mentors and Sponsors and why you benefit from having all three help and support you with your professional journey.

In this highly interactive session, you will examine the differences between coaches, mentors, and sponsors and the implications each has on professional development. You will leave the session with a clear understanding of each role and the disciplined approach necessary to identify and secure the right coach, mentor, and sponsor. In addition, you will understand the gender differences between the three relationships. The result is a clear map to accelerated development.

Participants may purchase signed copy of Hayley’s book, The Career Compass, Mentoring to Point You Toward Maximum Professional and Personal Growth at 20% discount.

We will also allow time to learn a little about the HBA and also to network. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
