All are invited to join us for a Women in Science (WIS) happy hour, networking and book club discussion.
If you would like to join us for the book discussion, we will be reading Rosalind Franklin: The Dark Lady of DNA by Brenda Maddox (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/326851.Rosalind_Franklin). Rosalind Franklin was a determined scientist and her data and photographs were the basis of the research that led to the discovery of the double-helix structure of DNA and a 1962 Nobel Prize for her male colleagues.
