Meet the HBA: Happy Hour at Parks on Tap in the Spring Gardens

Curious about the HBA and looking to grow your network? Join HBA members, volunteers, leaders, and others committed to advancing gender equity for a casual happy hour in The Spring Gardens — a lush community garden in Philadelphia’s Fairmount neighborhood, offering a beautiful skyline view. This event is part of Parks on Tap, a traveling beer garden that pops up in the city’s green spaces all summer long. Learn more about Parks on Tap here.

Whether you’re an HBA member or simply curious to learn more, this is a great opportunity to connect with those passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare.   • The Spring Gardens are located ½ block south of Fairmount Ave between 18th and 19th streets. The entrance is on Wallace Street.

  • Public transit: SEPTA bus routes serve the area around The Spring Gardens Park and have stops within walking distance: 409, 33, 43, 47, and 61. The event is a short walk from the Spring Garden stop on the Broad St Line and Suburban Station.

Photography Policy
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.

The HBA requires that all persons who participate in in-person events do so at their own risk and that each participant agrees to the following agreement before taking part in the activity and urges all participants to act in such a manner as to protect their own safety and the safety of others.

By registering for this event, I fully understand that my participation in the program is purely voluntary. I desire to participate and agree to act reasonably and prudently under the circumstances. I further understand that any HBA volunteers participating in the activity will act individually and will not represent the HBA.
