Mental Health Awareness: We All Play a Role
In honor of World Mental Health Day, join us for a meaningful training event provided by NAMI and not associated with the HBA that introduces participants to NAMI Pinellas County's mission, impactful programs, and the partners they work alongside to expand mental health support in our community. This session offers an opportunity to explore the vital role each of us plays in raising awareness, reducing stigma, and creating environments where mental health is openly discussed and supported.
As the holiday season approaches—a time that can be joyful for many but challenging for others—this training will provide tools and resources to help you better support yourself and those around you. Whether you're a friend, family member, caregiver, colleague, or community leader, you’ll gain practical strategies for promoting mental well-being during this emotionally charged time of year.

I further understand that any HBA volunteers participating in the activity will act individually and will not represent the HBA.
