Versatility - Dealing with different customer styles

Have you ever had an extremely difficult colleague, manager or customer who creates conflict and makes it difficult to do your job?  There may be a good reason.  Your social style may be the direct opposite of theirs, making your value systems different in some ways.  This workshop, “Versatility – Dealing with Different Customer Styles” will help you understand your personal social style, why you may have conflicts and how to recognize and be more understanding and flexible in dealing with people of different social styles.
