Leadership is a critical component of any organization's success, but not all leadership is created equal. Toxic leadership, characterized by behaviors such as bullying, micromanaging, and creating a culture of fear and distrust, can have serious negative consequences for both individuals and organizations. But toxic leadership is not always easy to recognize: what is toxic leadership to YOU? Did you ever experience it, or were you labeled as a toxic leader? How did it (not) affect your career?
This is a networking event that provides a safe place to share experiences around the importance of leadership styles.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.
