Exhausted: Combating the Toll of Burnout in Healthcare (Two-Part Series)
Prevent and reduce burnout to thrive in your healthcare career. In 2022, the CDC noted that 46.5% of healthcare workers frequently experience burnout. In the high-pressure and demanding landscape of healthcare, burnout has become a pressing issue impacting the welfare of professionals and the broader healthcare sector. This event series is focused on examining burnout: identifying its signs, understanding its impact on healthcare, and exploring techniques to alleviate its effects. Let’s rebel against burnout and bring passion back to healthcare!
Building on the insights gained in Session One, this session will dive deeper into effective strategies for preventing and managing burnout in healthcare settings and how to thrive in your professional journey. Participation in both sessions is encouraged, but not required. Register to join part one, part two, or both sessions.
