Cancelled: Tips to Boost Your Career with Enhanced Wellness and Weight Management

At this event we will be joined by Dr. Susan Baumgaertel who will discuss her experiences from running a successful weight management wellness program for 7 years, covering a number of topics impacting both weight and wellness (such as sleep, stress, nutrition, exercise, etc.), and how these key takeaways are different from the public media hype with respect to what actually works and what is meaningful.

The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session giving attendees the opportunity to discuss practical ways to balance wellness with the demands of life.
