Description
Today's workplace requires the ability to lead a diverse workforce where everyone feels they can use their skills and abilities to the fullest extent. Leaders create an environment where cultural differences are leveraged to increase productivity and enhance performance. A key first step is to recognize our personal biases—we all have them—and to understand how beliefs influence our daily interactions with others. Only then can we find ways to work together more effectively and harness the strengths that come with diversity. Join this webinar to increase your cultural awareness and better understand the critical impact of these differences in the work environment.

Nancy J. Lewis is a motivational/inspirational speaker, trainer, author, and registered corporate coach. She is a contributing author of the newly released book, Real Women, Real Issues: Positive Collaborations For Business Success; co-author of Sisters Together: Lessons Learned That Have Anchored Our Souls; author of Things To Do To Be A Better YOU; and a contributing author of Career Compass for Women.
