HBA OLD OHIO PRESENTS

Signature Event: Unsticking the Floor - Healthcare Leaders Creating Inclusive Corporate Cultures

Event description
The May issue of HBAdvantage featured an outstanding article focused on gender parity that highlighted the unconscious bias, pushing open dialogue, changing the talent management system, increasing transparency, getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, getting the men involved and increasing awareness. To continue this conversation, HBA Ohio’s 2016 signature event will deep dive these topics with an executive panel and academia expert speakers. Take advantage of the early bird registration fee and get ready for an event that will enhance your career. A cocktail hour and networking reception will immediately follow the program.

Learning objectives
1. Identify strategies to help create an inclusive corporate culture
