How to Use Emotions In Professional Relationships: Suggestions From the Balint's Groups Experience

Relationships in the business environment will lead to potential conflicts that are difficult to solve, if emotions are not appropriately taken into consideration. The rational approach is not enough to deal with problematic relations. Sometimes even those who are involved in the relations are not aware of such role of emotions.

In the 1950s, Michael and Enid Balint created a method to improve the relationship between physicians and patients. The Balint’s Groups method is still used today as an effective way to work on doctors-patients relationship. One of the cornerstones of his method is to work on emotions at the professional level, without entering in the more private or inner sphere of doctors. To discover more about it, come and join our seminar. You will learn how Balint’s Groups help understanding emotions in the professional life and how through this method you could improve the relationships in your business environment.
