Negotiation skills are an important part of day-to-day professional life, whether it is negotiating a job offer, complex business deals, crucial conversations, or an informal discussion with a potential client. Being able to successfully navigate through these interactions and get the desired outcomes requires extreme savviness, strategy and practice.
