HBA OLD GREATER PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

Bust Myths to Align Commercial and Compliance Functions for Promotional Strategy/Digital Innovation

Event details
It’s critical for commercial teams and compliance functions (regulatory, legal, compliance) to be collaborative partners versus opponents. Alignment between these stakeholders drives the top and bottom line, leading to greater market competitiveness while reducing risk.

This special executive women's breakfast (EWB) event focuses on the need for exquisite collaboration between stakeholders involved in promotional material strategy and development. Benchmark data shows that misalignment around promotional decisions costs companies millions of dollars and reduces the industry's ability to be effective in an ever-more restrictive culture.

Join us if you are involved in multi-channel marketing/communications (inside the company or at a promotional agency); promotional review; marketing operations; or are members of one of the compliance functions (regulatory, legal or compliance).  This is a highly interactive meeting for best practices sharing, problem-solving and networking.

National experts on conflict resolution and New York Times award-winning author of "Letters To My Younger Self” will dissect the myths and misperceptions that challenge collaboration.  A multi-disciplinary team (digital marketing, legal, regulatory compliance) will present a digital alignment case study.  Other industry veterans will share their perspective as well.

Attendees have the opportunity to be cited as a contributing author of a White Paper series on this topic. Come with your 'opposite' function and get a discount.

Learning objectives
1.  Hear new data that benchmarks the many ways companies are losing money, time and competitive   advantage due to functional misalignment.
2.  Examine best practices from leaders in both Commercial and Regulatory/Legal/Compliance roles.
