Event description
Professor John Antonakis, the world's leading expert on charisma and leadership, demonstrates that elections can be predicted based on whether the person "looks like a leader". Antonakis illustrates how we can bypass the bias of our appearance and become more effective, persuasive leaders by developing one key ingredient--charisma. We invite you to learn how to develop your own charisma and apply scientifically proven methods which allow you to better motivate, engage and inspire your team and colleagues.
