HBA SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA PRESENTS

HBA Supper Club: Culture in the Workplace with Rosa Lau

Organizational culture is essential for a harmonious and productive workplace. With its many definitions and facets, culture is present in every organization, and at the center of culture is each one of us. Learn about the power you bring to succeed at your workplace. Decision making, daily work practices, employee interactions for example and collaboration are just a few that encompass organizational culture.

Please join Rosa Lau in a discussion on how culture connects our workplace. Rosa Lau, principal technical writer at Roche Molecular Diagnostics, has served on the HBA San Francisco Bay Area board for the past four years. She is also director, HBA San Francisco. Rosa has been awarded the 2015 HBA Innovation Award, and 2016 L.E.A.D. Award, and Roche's runner up for the 2012 Henry Elrich Innovation Award.

We take care of the reservations and logistics and you bring your curiosity and enthusiasm. Registration fee covers administrative and chapter costs. Attendees must cover the cost of their food and beverage. Out of respect for your fellow diners, please do your best to arrive on time.
