HBA NORTHERN NEW JERSEY PRESENTS

Dare to Care: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

COVID-19 and the murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmed Arbery led to self-reflection and heightened awareness around racial inequity. NNJ Dare to Care is hosting this webinar to create space to learn and have an open discussion on the issues of race, equity, culture, and inclusion. We invite you to join the NNJ HBA Dare to Care social networking forum focusing on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Members will have the opportunity to come together, learn and have a conversation around DE&I.

We intend for this to be a space to connect and support one another, and overall learn the best ways for us to show awareness during this time and moving forward. We will continue to Learn, Empower, and Inspire one another to move forward.

The HBA is a united force for change and Dare to Care is one channel we can use to continue forward progression. During this webinar we hope to:
- Reflect on the benefits of diversity and inclusion in both our personal and professional lives
- Discuss ways to be a better ally
- Reinforce the importance of conversations and continued education around Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and resources
- Strengthen your network, make new connections, and generate new ideas related to personal and professional life

Dare to Care allows us the space to grow together and get to know one another as we continuously strive to show up as our best selves personally and professionally. Please join as we come together to talk about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
