HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

Communicating Across Differences - How Communication Styles Impact the Business

Event details
Often men and women differ in their way of communicating and additionally cultural and generational aspects have an impact on communication. The variety of communication styles does not only affect our private life, sometimes these differences might become a challenge in our work environment, too. So how can we get a deeper understanding of them and even benefit from embracing different ways of communication?

This question will be taken up by Michael Stuber in our next HBA event. He is one of the pioneers in the Diversity arena on the European level. With his interdisciplinary competence, Michael Stuber develops value-adding models for corporate policies and corporate culture. Based on his expertise he will provide us the scientific perspective of different communication styles. Afterwards he will lead through an interactive discussion with the audience and give practical suggestions that can help dealing with different ways of communicating in the work environment.

The presentation will be held in English.
