Leadership and Influence in a Changing Environment

VUCA is the trendy managerial term for volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Our speaker and panelists will discuss the distinct types of challenges they have faced and recommendations for employees to lead and influence at work, and in life.
