HBA SEATTLE PRESENTS

HBA Supper Club: Sponsorship and Why It Matters More than Mentorship

Join Cate Goethals, founder and director of the UW Foster Women Board Director Program, executive coach and thought leader and expand your network over dinner and a discussion about sponsorship and why it matters more than mentorship. Cate is passionate about the power of women and businesses to make the world a better place. Cate’s “Women at the Top” course was named as one of the “10 Most Innovative MBA courses of 2010” by Forbes. Come and join a lively discussion about what helps women rise to the next level in their careers, why thinking about company board service is important even if women are a few steps away from that table and why it's important for women to become their own best leader rather than imitating male role models. We look forward to sharing insights about successful leadership practices and building a personalized leadership foundation.
