Empower yourself to advance your corporate acumen and professional development by attending our 5th event in our 2020 Financial Series to discover how corporate boards work, their importance to various types of companies, and what skills are needed to become board ready.

Our expert speakers, who currently or in the past have sat on boards across various sectors and types of companies, will share key insights on what the board experience is like, why they wanted to be on boards, and what you need to do in your career development to be board ready. Our panelists will speak about how board governance works, the dynamics, and what they are thinking about in today's global environment. You will leave this session with an enhanced appreciation for why corporations need a board of directors as well as a better understanding of how boards function, the role of board members and steps to take to be ready to serve on a board.
