Inclusive Health Hackathon: From Sick Care to Healthcare
Healthcare systems face unprecedented strain, including aging populations, chronic diseases, climate pressures, and widening inequalities. A reactive “sick care” model is no longer enough. This Inclusive Health Hackathon will bring together patient voices, policymakers, and cross-sector leaders to co-create actionable solutions across several focus disease areas
Together, participants will prototype concrete solutions through an inclusive, collaborative hackathon format, with outcomes feeding into the IHI Summit 2026.
All solutions will be developed through the lens of:
1) Equitable access and outcomes,
2) Healthcare system transformation,
3) Technology and innovation,
4) Environmental sustainability
