Webinar: HBA and Dr. Sharon Melnick: Next Level Leadership Virtual Coaching Program Informational

Please note this webinar will take place from 12:00 – 1:00 PM ET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendar accordingly.

“I was stuck in my role for 10 years. This program helped me show I was ready and I got a promotion”.

“I was offered a senior role in the organization. It was even more than I thought possible.”

Participants in the fall HBA program went further, faster and got what they asked for quickly. Bold Goal Initiative: Next Level Leadership was launched as a pilot project with Dr. Sharon Melnick, based on her research at Harvard. In two pilot cohorts, over 60 women learned to develop an intentional and strategic roadmap for their career path. As a result of their confident, influential leadership, they expanded responsibility, gained promotion to next level positions, won roles from interviews and increased impact in their organization.

The virtual program is delivered through in-depth webinars and group coaching calls. Using the actionable strategies, participants mapped their stakeholders, crafted their “ask,” and were inspired by the sharing of one another’s significant wins. Based on the great success of the two pilot programs, the HBA and Dr. Melnick are excited to announce a full launch of the program. Take charge of your career and live up to your potential by joining the next cohort which begins in June 2018. Find out more in an informational webinar 16 May.
