HBA OLD GREATER PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

Accelerating Your Journey to "Customer-Centricity"

Event description
Join HBA Greater Philadelphia for this interactive keynote event, which will focus on “customer-centricity”.

Managing the shift from a “product-centric” organization to a “customer-centric” organization is a multi-year transformational journey that touches the entire organization and can’t be done all at once. There’s no magic “one-size-fits-all” approach. By benchmarking “customer-centric” organizations across many industries, your journey to “customer-centricity” can be accelerated.

This keynote program, which will be led by Darrell Griffin, will teach the “seven drivers of journey to customer centricity.” The seven drivers developed by PerformancEdge are:
     1. Shifting your mindset from “product-centric” to customer-centric;&rdquo
     2. Understanding what’s driving customer changes and building proactive strategies to
     address them
     3. Developing new business models and performance metrics by growing mutual value
     relationships with customers
     4. Positioning your products and services as solutions for improving customer experiences
     5. Moving decision power to cross-functional customer teams
     6. Treating every customer interaction an opportunity to gain new insights
     7. Developing the capability to “co-innovate” with customers

Participants will be asked to complete a brief anonymous survey which will help our speaker determine the three drivers of focus for the evening. Additionally, participants will be aided in identifying actions they can take to accelerate their “customer-centric” journey – whether they’re just beginning or already “well down the road.”

Learning objectives
1. Know and understand the seven drivers of the journey to “customer-centricity”
2. Determine where attendees are on the “customer-centricity” continuum
3. Identify two specific actions that attendees can take to accelerate their journey to “customer-centricity” within their organizations
