HBA MILAN PRESENTS

HBA Milan Book Club: "Fiore di Roccia" by Ilaria Tuti

Resilience is the ability of a substance to return to its original shape after it has been bent, stretched or pressed. In fact, the historic moment we are living, is bending, stretching and pressing our personalities in someway. Many people have compared this pandemic to a war, but how did resilience save people from the war and in which way it could save us now? Agata, the main character of Fiore di Roccia, will use resilience to feed her hope and the soldiers' one. During our appointment we will discuss this topic and many more through Ilaria Tuti's words. Reading the book is highly recommended but not necessary to speak in the debate. The event will be held IN ITALIAN.
