HBA EMEA - OTHER PRESENTS

2024 EMEA Circle of Advisors for Entrepreneurial Leaders

The healthcare and life sciences constellation is rapidly expanding and the HBA is seeing a increased level of growth in the sector of entrepreneurship. In response to this, a unique program has been developed specifically to project HBA members to advance and accelerate their impact in healthcare and lifesciences. Designed for executive-level women in start-ups, small-scale biotechs or agencies, this limited-number, fixed-engagement program provides executive-level sharing and insights on navigating today’s entrepreneurial landscape, leveraging networks, honing governance and business expertise, and overcoming barriers.

Join us and embolden your journey towards proficient executive-level leadership in a specific subgroup of companies! Our small peer groups of 4-6 C-level women leaders will discuss and share selected topics of interest and specific relevance in a safe and confidential environment, lightly moderated by an experienced captain.

The duration of this program will be eight months – with the 2024 pilot running from 15 March 2024 to November 2024. The program is through self-nomination, open to C-suite level personnel of start-ups, small scale biotechs or agencies. After a kick-off with all participants, it will host one virtual peer-circle gathering per month.
