Maintaining Emotional Well-Being Whilst Taking Care of Your Teams in Uncertain Times

Please note this webinar will take place from 5:30 - 7:30 PM CET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendar accordingly.

Managing mental health has become more important as the level of stress we experience increases daily, basis due to mental or emotional strain caused by adverse circumstances. In the 2020 global COVID 19 outbreak and further reduction in social interactions, surviving and even thriving this crisis demands robust mental health management.

With the support of two experts and interactive networking opportunities, this session aims to raise your energy and provide tools for finding your inner balance and caring for your team in uncertain times.

Lucy Davidson, Psychologist and Clinical Innovation Healios in London, will encourage through her talk entitled ‘Success and Sanity: how to find a balance’ to explore, what ‘success’ looks like for you, considering your emotional well-being as a component. There will be opportunities to reflect on psychological challenges in the workplace, particularly in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, thinking about how pressures and working lives may have changed. We will think about creating balance and the challenges in achieving this elusive ideal, introducing some concepts and ideas that will support you in feeling more robust and improving your emotional awareness. Next to finding your inner balance, taking care for your teams is crucial and even more important in these turbulent times.

In his talk ‘Leadership as Careship: How leaders can inspire confidence and resilience in hard times’ Dr. Michael Schwalbach, Founder of LIFE Advisory GmbH in Frankfurt a.M., will share with you some proven strategies to take care of your teams. You will learn how to create islands of reflection, prudence, and confidence in these turbulent times. The way leaders care for their people will define the way employees will remember this period.

Join us on our journey to find your inner balance and to learn about strategies how to foster balance and confidence in your teams.
