Self-Defense with HBA Cincinnati
Please join HBA Cincinnati for an exciting evening of food, fun, and some physical activity. HBA has partnered with the Trihealth Pavillion and chief self-defense instructor, Jeremy Adams, to bring you this opportunity to learn self-defense tactics and build your self-confidence. The night will begin at the Ludlow Bromley Yacht Club for small bites and drinks, then will move across the street to Northern Kentucky Krav Maga for the program.
Jeremey Adams has over 21 years of active duty law enforcement experience and is ready to provide us with the knowledge and skills to feel confident in defending ourselves in a dangerous situation. Jeremy will instruct us through a 90-minute, interactive course that will build self-defense skills and confidence.

5:30 - 6:00 PM Arrivals and networking
6:00 - 6:45 PM Welcome and introduction to Trihealth Pavillion
6:45 - 7:00 PM Cross street and prepare for self-defense class
7:00 - 8:30 PM Self-defense class led by Jeremy Adams
Special instructions: Self-defense class to take place across the street.
Please note: Upon completing registration, you will receive an email with a Fitness Liability Waiver attached. Please be sure to sign this document and bring it with you to the event. A signed Fitness Liability Waiver will be required to participate.
