Employee Engagement Workshop: How Smart Leaders Create Engaged Employees that Drive Results

Event description
HBA Southern California Breakthrough Leadership Group invite you to an employee engagement workshop that could dramatically increase your leadership effectiveness and your team's performance. Learn how to create engaged employees by cultivating an environment of enthusiasm, commitment and accountability to deliver results.

Breakthrough Leadership Group’s employee engagement program is based on the latest research that will show you the three strategies that significantly impact employee engagement. Then, Breakthrough Leadership Group will break down each strategy into the individual leadership actions you can take to improve employee engagement by developing enthusiastic, empowered, confident and inspired employees - the type of employees who care, who want to be part of a success story and who will drive your organization to the top.

Benefits of the improving employee engagement are:
    · Increased organizational results (improved customer ratings and profitability)
    · Improved workplace morale
    · Increased worker productivity
    · Reduced turnover and absenteeism
    · Employee development and growth

Breakthrough Leadership Group designs and delivers employee engagement workshops with impact in mind. All of their on-site workshops feature an action-learning process that emphasize participation through activities and discussions. Each workshop is delivered by one or two expert facilitators and can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Learning objectives
