Accelerating Women in Leadership Through Gender Partnership

Join HBA Indianapolis, in partnership with Roche Diagnostics, as we welcome Mr. Jacopo Leonardi, Chairman and CEO of ActivCore to Indianapolis. Jacopo, the 2016 HBA honorable mentor, will share his vision of addressing unconscious gender bias in leadership. Jacopo will be joined by an all-star panel of prominent healthcare leaders including Ms. Christi Shaw, president of Eli Lilly bio-medicines. Focusing on the principles of servant leadership, collaboration, and innovation, Jacopo and Christi (in addition to other panelists) will pose a challenge to leaders to work together in achieving gender partnership in the acceleration of women in leadership roles.
