Sanofi X HBA Tokyo Speaker Session

「医療における継続的で確かな信頼の構築 女性が感じる医療サービスの課題とやりがい」をテーマに、サノフィ内のEmployee Resource Groupの一つであるGender+と、サノフィ独自のプログラムであるAMCと、HBAのコラボイベントを開催します。医師であり国際医療福祉大学の教授であり、元厚労省審議官・元WHO事務局長補のバックグラウンドを持つ山本尚子氏をゲストスピーカーとして迎え、サノフィとHBA TokyoメンバーとAMCの奨学生のパネルディスカッションを行います。

What is AMC?
A Million Conversationsというサノフィグローバルで立ち上げたプログラム。
マイノリティとされる方々が医療を必要とするときに直面する問題の解決に向けて、サノフィは「革新的なグローバルヘルスケア企業として問題解決に向けて担うべき役割がある」と考え、これらの属性の方々と医療関係者との信頼関係の構築を目指す。プログラムは、次世代奨学金・対話型イベント・信頼関係構築のための提言 の3つがあり、今回のイベントでは、本プログラムで選ばれた奨学生にもパネリストとして参加いただき、多様なヘルスケアリーダーの育成に貢献する。

This is a joint event among Sanofi Gender+ (Employee Resource Groups), AMC (Sanofi's own programme) and HBA.
The theme of the event is " Building continuous and solid trust in healthcare Women's perceptions of the challenges and rewards of health services”.

What is AMC?
A Million Conversations, a programme launched by Sanofi Global. Sanofi believes “As an innovative global healthcare company, our commitment to building a more inclusive healthcare system is unwavering”. To close Heathcare’s trust Gap, Sanofi launched three programmes: 1) Sanofi NextGen Scholars, 2) Inclusive Dialogues, 3) Influence the System.
