Reconnect and Recharge Mind, Body and Soul: Discover Your Unlimited Potential (Six-Week Series)
This program is designed to discover your unlimited potential.
Reconnect and recharge is an aspiring, self-awareness experience to leave you motivated and enthusiastic to be your best. It is an exciting way to develop leadership competencies by discovering your unlimited potential. Within a group setting, Marc will inspire, provoke and even challenge you with provoking life coaching exercises and questions. This results-driven coaching will help you remove the limiting layers and discover your authentic self.
As you engage, you'll rediscover the powerful learning and camaraderie that take place inside—and beyond—through the reconnect and recharge program.
This is a six-week program; with events being held on September 7, September 14, September 21, September 28, October 5 and October 12 (if you would like to join us on one of these dates, registration for each event date is required).
The course is led by Marc Montemerlo, owner, MFItt Lifestyle Training. Marc has a passion for making the connection between fitness and leadership. He has worked with many companies to help employees reach accelerated growth; both personally and in teams. Marc holds both AFAA and ACE (fitness); life coaching (LCAOC) and healing body wisdom certifications.

Special instructions: Take the 101 freeway and exit at Hampshire Road, south to Triunfo. Turn right on Triunfo, then right on Tamarick and proceed to the second parking lot. The trail head is near the west end of the parking lot. Look for signs.
Please bring your own beverage and any snacks for the hike. We'll offer post-hike meal if interested for future hikes.

COVID-19 Policy
The HBA requires that all persons who participate in in-person events do so at their own risk and that each participant agrees to the following agreement before taking part in the activity and urges all participants to act in such a manner as to protect their own safety and the safety of others.
By registering for this event, I fully understand that my participation in the program is purely voluntary. I desire to participate and agree to act reasonably and prudently under the circumstances. I further understand that any HBA volunteers participating in the activity will act individually and will not represent the HBA.
