“Lessons in True Work Life Satisfaction” - A Female Leadership Panel

Event details
In today's economic climate what are our options to achieve true work life satisfaction and what can we learn from female leaders to reframe the way we think about our careers, goals and personal lives.

A balance of work and life simply doesn't feel achievable at times, in a climate of restructuring, limited pay increases, the wage divide between men and women increasing, rising costs of living and longer hours, we will often end up compromising on some of the goals we would wish to achieve. There are more innovative ways of working and by setting our own standards for achievement we can gain a sense of fulfilment without having to add to what appears, at times, to be an ever growing number of spinning plates. By reconsidering the options available and how to tackle some of the obstacles, we can progress into leadership, manage our aspirations outside and inside work or perhaps transition in career. Countering fears to take risks and act boldly to cease opportunities to change is fundamental to moving forward. Increased satisfaction and fulfilment is key to sustaining high performance of both individuals and companies but it relies on innovation and change in our working practices.

“Lessons in True Work Life Satisfaction” is a female leadership panel Q&A that seek to explore the careers of women and the pathway they have taken to manage their personal and professional goals.
