HBA COLUMBUS PRESENTS

Sustaining Gender Equity: A World Cafe Event

Despite these strange times, gender equity continues to be a priority, and a goal that many organizations are striving for. Awareness emerged first, followed by conversations and action, and next, we stride toward sustainability.

Sustaining the effort of equity & inclusion is how we will ultimately drive and elevate this goal, and to see real change occur. Most organizations have policies and guidelines regarding equitable treatment for women, yet real advancement, real salary equity, and real accountability for our stated goals, often remains elusive.

HBA Columbus, in partnership with CoverMyMeds, are excited to virtually host an engaging event facilitated by Brooke Cartus of ImprovEdge. Utilizing the World Café format, a methodology that drives solutions through conversational leadership, attendees will get to participate and share their voice. The focus of the conversation will be action and sustainability. This event is positioned to add to what we learned during the 2020 “LIFT Symposium: Leveraging the Impact of Female Talent” virtual sessions, and will set the stage for the 2021 event.

This discussion will be held via Zoom. Login instructions will be included in your registration confirmation email.
