HBA Southern California Chapter Event: HBA 2015 - We Want You

Event details
Join the HBA SoCal chapter on November 19 for a night of networking, fun, and an unveiling of our plans for 2015.

We have simultaneous events planned in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego on this special night. We will connect all three venues via Skype or teleconference to network across the three regions of the large HBA SoCal chapter to share our plans for December 2014 and 2015.

If you’re not yet a member, a former/lapsed member or have never attended an HBA meeting, this is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the HBA and meet HBA members. For non-members attending the event who register to become HBA members at the event, you will be refunded your event registration fee! So come and learn about the value of an HBA membership beginning on November 19.

There will be ample door prized awarded at the HBA event so don't miss this opportunity to win some wonderful prizes.

Photography Policy
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.

The HBA requires that all persons who participate in in-person events do so at their own risk and that each participant agrees to the following agreement before taking part in the activity and urges all participants to act in such a manner as to protect their own safety and the safety of others.

By registering for this event, I fully understand that my participation in the program is purely voluntary. I desire to participate and agree to act reasonably and prudently under the circumstances. I further understand that any HBA volunteers participating in the activity will act individually and will not represent the HBA.
