Managing your Mental Health

May was Mental Health Awareness month, and although we scratched the surface on this important topic, we know that Mental Health is something that we need to focus on year round, not just for one month. Each year millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental illness. The past year has opened the door for more discussion around mental illness and how it can manifest in our daily lives, both professionally and personally. During this interactive session hosted by HBA RTP, we will cover everything from genetics behind why we suffer, what we can do proactively to manage stress, and how to support others during times of mental illness and mental health fatigue.
