Change!! Oh good!! I can’t wait!! How often do you think this when you hear,” We will be having some organizational changes”? Are you excited or scared? The workplace experiences rapid change driven by company pressures to grow quickly, advancing technologies and an influx of a tech savvy workforce. The key is to be resilient and to thrive through these changes, not just survive. One of the ways to thrive is networking. Only about 20% of people are naturally good at this — but we can all learn to be effective and have fun learning this key skill. Learn not only to navigate the change which is constant today but also thrive amidst all the change through networking and resiliency. Join our panel of change management experts for a candid conversation as they share their experiences, thoughts and tips on how to not just survive but thrive in periods of change.
