HBA GLOBAL PRESENTS

Webinar - Mastering the Art of Self-Promotion

Please note this webinar will take place from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM ET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendar accordingly.

Webinar description
Did you miss Lynda's highly rated workshop on this important topic at the 2014 HBA Annual Conference? If so, here's another opportunity to develop and strengthen a key leadership competency.

Women tend to be less comfortable than their male counterparts in “tooting their own horns” or asking for what they want. Are you frustrated that you are not as successful as others in selling your ideas or achieving your goals? Want to learn how to communicate your achievements without sounding like you are bragging?

In this webinar, identify strategies to own and communicate your unique value to achieve a specific leadership or career goal. Gain a better understanding of what holds women back from being comfortable and skillful in the art of self-promotion as well as ways to avoid these traps. Use a provided template to develop an action plan to apply what you’ve learned in your own professional/work setting.

“Women cannot lead unless they learn how to sell their ideas, their teams and themselves.”
