HB8 Series with OC Chapter Advisory Board: How to Be a Connector with Elle Hamilton, Syneos Health

Malcolm Gladwell explains that Connectors are the ones who seem to know everyone, and are always trying to connect people and their ideas. Connectors have an extraordinary knack for making and maintaining connections. Then, they leverage these relationships to grow and connect people to each other. While we don’t all have to be the consummate Connector, we can learn and use the Connector mentality to stay connected in our new virtual world, expand our networks, help colleagues and those we mentor and advance our own careers and causes. Plus, if we connect those of diverse ages, races and genders, we can all take steps toward improving understanding and equality.

Join us for this virtual coffee chat event where HBA Advisory Board member and Syneos Health VP of Client Partnerships, Elle Hamilton, will share her challenges and successes in being a Connector. Elle will lead us through fun exercises in which we develop and begin putting into action our own Connector plan. Plus, she has offered to provide each participant with a Starbucks e-gift card, compliments of Syneos Health, so that we can all enjoy a real double-shot latte and talk together virtually. Here’s your chance to start connecting!
